Samsung smart tag 2 peeping

Hello, I bought 2 samsung smart tag 2 in December 20, 2023. And every few hours it start peeping suddenly. I attached it to my keys, and now i have to keep my keys outside my room so i can sleep at night. Any suggestions?

Also after using it for 3 weeks, I got a notification about low battery 🪫!

That's tuff to buy a new battery every 3 weeks. 

Any suggestions???

Ya both my new smart tag 2 are low battery and not my original smart tag. All are in the same loaction

This is the second post I have seen saying the Smart Tag 2 was making annoying sounds.

I suggest you contact Samsung support about this

I have a couple Tag 2s and they make no noise unless you accidently press the button on them

I received them as soon as they were released and battery still shows as good so far

Just an update: here in Canada, it was -25 degrees for days. Do you think the smart tag2 battery gets affected by the cold ?

I am not sure, just suggesting lol 😆

I bought mine (a pack of 4, 3 in use) during Christmas time. Same issue, at least 2 doing random beeping (ascending tone type) (3rd one with wife, so not sure how that one is doing), and one showing low battery couples times (sometimes battery level may go back to normal. Currently the battery level has been low for couples days. Probably, luck runs out this time?)

Same issue here. I bought the 4 pack and the 3 I'm using are randomly peeping for no reason. The battery level on all of them is OK. But this peeping is very annoying
