@Henry, for some unknown reason the "Move out of secure folder" has been removed from the Gallery options, but you can still move pictures out of the secure folder.
1 - Open Secure Folder
2 - Open My Files
3 - Select Images
4 - Select the pictures you want
5 - Hit the 3 dots (top right) and select Move out of the Secure Folder

that's What I would call a secure folder.
your pics are very secure inside that folder and the Samsung app is making sure they remain secured in there...
