Since the latest update, Secure Filder MUST be unlocked to remove notification. Seems very counterintuitive and is very annoying.

I have been experiencing the same issue. After doing a restart I get a pop-up that says "unlock secure folder to get notifications". I go to the secure folder unlock it and there are never any notifications. I just relock the folder.
@Nylah, I have tried your steps and there is no such toggle switch for turning off secure folder notifications.

It seems to be to "allow" the secure folder to send notificationsScreenshot_20221127_191942_Samsung Internet_1000001469_1669600484.jpgScreenshot_20221127_192218_Samsung Internet_1000001471_1669600519.jpg
