Are you sure that it's not Secure Lock Settings?

Can you post a screen shot of the message?

Do you have any apps in the Secure Folder, that are generating Notifications?

If you do, and you don't want to see the Notification to unlock the Secure Folder, disable the Notifications for the app(s) in the Secure Folder.

See if that works for you.

No I don't get notifications from apps in the secure folder. I've searched on the net and I'm not the only one people are reporting it since the August update

If you haven't already, simplest thing to try, Boot into Recovery & Wipe Cache. I do this after every Security Patch Update & never had any issues with my S20 Ultra.

Here's the instructions for both Wiping Cache & Factory Reset:

Power of your device & Wait a few seconds.

Press & HOLD the Power + Volume UP buttons, until you feel the device vibrate. Release BOTH buttons & wait a couple of seconds until you see the Recovery Menu.

Use the Volume button to Scroll down to Wipe Cache & Select with the Power button.

Wait a few seconds until the Recovery Menu Defaults to "Restart Now" & Select with the Power Button.

Your device will Reboot.

Factory Reset is the same as above, but instead of Selecting Wipe Cache, you Select Wipe Data Factory Reset

⚠️⚠️⚠️

BEFORE you Factory Reset, BACKUP your device with Smart Switch.

When your device Boots up, it will be to the Welcome screen, same as when you first received your device as new.

⚠️You'll need to know your passwords etc, So write them down if you need to⚠️

Hi, please try the steps provided by RedDogRabbit and check if the Secure folder notification disappeared.

Also, we request you to generate error report by following the below steps:

Tap and hold on samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.

An expert from the Samsung Members team will try and respond to the report as quickly as possible.
