My s23ultra I still haven't received my August security patch. What's going on samsung !!we all are customer's. And in a few days we are going into September.?? Help your customer's understand. Thank you..Ontario Canada

S24u user here . I haven't recieved the update. And it's mostly in Canada as far as I know. Samsung treat us like this and complain people switch to iPhones.

This is one big reason I left Samsung behind. Mainly turn on the old phone these days to just play around and check in.....to see very little has changed.

They seem to alternate which devices will receive the monthly security update first. Probably not staffing enough programmers and testing people.

Samsung is one of 3 5 that have immediate access to Google's 1st remote device VM testing. 1 coder at any OEM can load up specs and directly test multiple units in their own VMs at the same time. Example 1 tech to 5 VMs to run.

There is no excuse for a large OEM to have limited staff for closing testing.

Well from what I understand is that they usually start from Europe, and work there way to USA and then up to Canada. Thanks for your in put

Nothing one can do, but wait unless you can program code...
I went from being first with updates as was long time pixel user.Now while I wait for updates rather that are much slower..im still enjoying the s24 ultra...support is what it is from all different manufacturers and you can always research and jump ship if not happy.
