so after an update a few weeks ago my galaxy S6 Settings is stuck on device maintenance... literally if I open the settings it goes straight to the device maintenance app, of I try to go back out goes automatically back to device maintenance. so I can't make any changes on the phone.

Try Rebooting into Recovery and Wipe Cache - If that doesn't work you may have to Factory Reset your phone...?

ok let me try to help you understand,,,, when I tap "settings" the system goes directly to "device maintenance". it checks the device status and what is needed to be done in order to reach the "100%" efficiency. however every time I tap "back" it briefly shows the regular settings options for a second and then goes back to "device maintenance". got it. there is no way I'll waste time, money and effort just so someone can physically
State that it is a software issue and like any Samsung device I won't get a fix.
