Shipment delays on S22

Hi. I would like to know if I'm the only one with this issue.

I've ordered a S22 and earbuds on August 4th. 

I've chose a custom color so I knew that shipping would take between 2-4 weeks. My problem is that it's been 4 weeks and I have not recieved any news !! 

I've messaged a few times the customer service and every agent told me that the status of my order would be updated in between 24 to 48 hours. Everytime, nothing changed. Nobody can give me answers on why my order is still pending and when I will receive it. 

It may be the last time I'm ordering from Samsung. I'm very disappointed.

Anybody experiencing something similar ?
