silent notifications

Has anyone had an issue with a silent notification pop up after the last update? It happens everyday and i can no longer get text messages on my fitbit.

Could you explain a little bit more about what seems to be the issue? Are you just not receiving sound/vibrate for your notifications?

Hi jaimi, want to clear some of my questions here. Do you mean you are able to receive text message on Fitbit, just no sound? Or the text message not show at all? You said last update, what update you talking about? Android10? Fitbit update?

so i can receive texts on my samsung. but i can not receive texts on my fitbit. i can get calls on it and get fb messages on it. this is what the pop up looks like

The member already contact Fitbit support. Maybe wait for the Fitbit app update?

I am also not getting notification on notification bar, I have to open every app to check the notification
