Galaxy SHi pirattemobille,
That sounds incredibly frustrating—and it shouldn’t be happening. A screen flash followed by repeated password prompts usually points to a sign-in loop, which can be caused by:
Possible Causes
-
Corrupted cache or data in the account or authentication app.
-
Outdated system software or app versions.
-
Two-factor authentication (2FA) misfiring or not syncing properly.
-
Account sync errors due to network instability or background restrictions.
-
Device security settings interfering with login flow.
-
Please try with the below trouble shooting steps to fix the issue
-
Clear Cache for Account-Related Apps -
Go to Settings → Apps → Find apps like Samsung Account, Google Account Manager, or Authenticator.
-
Tap Storage → Clear Cache (and optionally Clear Data, if you're okay re-entering credentials).

-
-
Update System Software -
Check for updates under Settings → Software Update.
-
Also update any account-related apps via the Galaxy Store or Play Store.

-
-
Disable Battery Optimization Temporarily -
Go to Settings → Battery and device care → Battery → Background usage limits.
-
Add your account apps to the Never sleeping apps list.

-
-
Try Safe Mode -
Restart your phone in Safe Mode to rule out third-party app interference.
-
If login works fine in Safe Mode, a third-party app may be causing the issue.

-
-
Reset Network Settings -
Go to Settings → General Management → Reset → Reset network settings.

-
-
Account Recovery -
If all else fails, use the account recovery option as you’ve been doing—but this should be a last resort, not a routine fix.

-
If this keeps happening across multiple apps or accounts, it might be worth submitting a bug report via the Samsung Members app.
-
Open the Samsung Members app -
If you don’t have it installed, download it from the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store.

-
-
Go to the Support section -
Tap on Support at the bottom of the screen.

-
-
Select “Send Feedback” -
Choose Error Reports from the available options.

-
-
Choose the relevant category -
Select the category that best matches your issue (e.g., System UI, Apps, Account, etc.).

-
-
Describe the issue clearly -
Include details such as: -
What happened
-
When it started
-
Steps to reproduce the issue
-
Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)

-

-
-
Submit the report -
Tap Send, and your report will be forwarded to Samsung’s technical team.

Galaxy SI tried safe mode, it dose nothing, it's acting as if the device data is corrupt, it just keeps going nut's i am fed up of this. We need thecniciens that can work at a distance, that's what smart tutor was also created for, but Samsung isn't offering this service with out us going to the nearest store, in my case i have to take multiple busses to get there and back, unfortunately it's not as of Samsung would refund the transport fees, so i have placed a request that Samsung find a way to get technician's to ne able to work at a distance with the customer, apple had that service, i don't know if it's still offered, but Samsung customers could defenitly benenfit from such help, it's just so hard to get access to proper help, i also posted on this subject of having such a service of Wich i think you saw the post .
