Smartthings and tag is not able to find location

Can't locate anything on smart things app or find my devices.

Try this:

Go to Settings > Apps Search for Smart Things > Click on it & Scroll down to Storage > Clear BOTH Cache & Data for the app & Reboot.

Find your devices again.

Perfect, now I can use the smartthings on my s22u. And it will ring it. BUT when I use the online version (Samsung

SmartThings Find - Samsung), I just can not make anything ring from the online platform. They only ring if I use the app on my s22u! Any solution for that part ? Thanks

For smart thing app you can reinstall it and, current software is going to work on your device. Good luck
