When correct credentials entered, webpage load is attempted and returns HTTP 403 forbidden "INVALID_SESSION"

Don't think that it should make a difference, but any chance that your S6 is Rooted?

  1. Try removing your Samsung Account from your phone & Add it back.
  2. You could also try going to Settings > Apps TOGGLE ON "Show System Apps" and Search for Samsung Account & Click on it & Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for Samsung Account & Reboot.

1 or 2 should fix the issue for you.
