Solved - Unable to access samsung wallet sign-in info

Hi

On s23 ultra 

Am I the only one that can't access my password info in samsung wallet/pass?

The finger print connection message appear but not the fingerprint image(where you tap), don't allow me to see my login section where are stored my passwords.

I tried clearing app cache, wipe device cache and reboot and It doesn't works

P.s. Fingerprints for unlock the phone works

Thanks it doesn't work but at least after clearing data I've got the message that service is not available a the moment.

I'm not sure, but it appears that it might be a Internet issue?

The screen shot from Down Detector shows pretty significant outages across Central & Eastern Canada.

How this might be affecting Samsung, I don't know, but I'm seeing the same thing on both my devices.

Same same, my fingerprint works to log in but pass isn't working since the security update.
