Galaxy SHi NeelChauhan,
We are sorry to hear that your'e experiencing this issue after the update on your Galaxy S25 Ultra. This may be a visual bug caused by a system UI glitch or leftover tile from a removed feature. To fix it, we recommend the following:
Reset Quick Settings Panel: Go to Settings > Notifications > Advanced settings > Reset quick settings to restore default toggles.
Clear System UI Cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Show system apps > System UI > Storage > Clear cache.
Check in Safe Mode: Boot into Safe Mode to see if the issue is caused by a third-party app.
QuickStar (if using Good Lock). If you have Good Lock installed, check QuickStar for any tile customizations that might be stuck.
Wipe Cache partition:
Turn off your phone completely. Press and hold the following buttons at the same time: Volume Up + Power (Side button). When you see the Samsung logo or feel a vibration, release both buttons. You’ll now enter Recovery Mode. Use the Volume buttons to navigate. Highlight "Wipe cache partition" and press the Power button to select it. Confirm by selecting "Yes", then press Power again. Once complete, choose "Reboot system now" and press Power to restart your phone.
We also suggest reporting this through the Samsung Members app under Support > Send feedback > Error reports > System UI so our developers can review it for future updates.
Appreciate you sharing this!
