system ui tuner

Does anyone know how to enable system ui tuner? I tried holding down the gear tool in the notification center but it didn't work.

What make of phone do you have? Is it the S6, S7/S7+ or the S8/S8+ that you are trying to enable the system ui tuner on?

Another question that just came to mind. Are you still on the Android Marshmallow software or upgraded to the Nougat 7.0 software?

I upgraded to nougat

here are the steps to enable the system ui tuner in Nougat 7.0
1 - pull down notification shade
2 - tap and hold the settings cogwheel for about 10 seconds
3 - you will be taken straight to the settings app with a prompt saying that system ui tuner has been enabled.
You can access the new entry by scrolling all the way down in settings.

Then as far as I know there may not be much more that can be done to enable the system ui tuner or the phone just does not have the ui tuner function.
