Hey, so my Bixby without wake-up was working perfectly fine until a couple of weeks ago. Now when my S23 Ultra rings, the prompts still show "answer phone" and stuff, but it just won't work. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks a bunch!
Sorry to hear that didn't work for you. Please try booting your device into Wipe cache partition and see if it helps. It deletes any temporary cache files in the phone may be causing the issue.
Turn off the device > Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power Key > When the Android logo displays, release all keys.(("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options) > Press the Volume down key several times to highlight “wipe cache partition.” > Press the Power key to select > Press the Volume down key to highlight > “yes” and press the Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted. Press the Power key to restart the device.

That feature just stopped working. The "pop up" appears, but bixby doesn't respond. Fun fact, you can call the bixby while your phone is ringing and tell her to pick up lol Btw, none of the suggested "standard" useless suggestions from admins works, as always
Greetings! I successfully resolved the issue of conversing with Bixby without triggering it to wake up. The simple fix was switching the language from USA English to United Kingdom English. It's functioning smoothly now. Cheers! 😊
