Terrible sound quality on apps when on bluetooth call.

Has anyone experienced terrible sound quality when playing on youtube, spotify or any apps with sounds and music related while on bluetooth call? 

Phone: Samsung s24+

Bluetooth device: Samsung Galaxy Buds FE

May I know what your phone and bluetooth device you are using? Because I'm not using a bluetooth device, it's working just fine only with a bluetooth device on.
