Test me! Text message

Hello, 

Did anyone else receive a random text message from a 4 digit number saying "Test me!" It didn't have a link or anything, I blocked it and deleted it but found it weird...I didn't reply obviously.

Nope. Maybe someone enter the wrong number in Test message app. Just ignore or block it should fine.

I've got texts from numbers like that too. No text at all. I blocked them too.

4 digits numbers (and others) are special numbers from registered individuals or companies.

Or the number could have been spoofed by some prospective attacker. Ignoring it was the right action.
