This should work:
Open your contact card in the Contacts app (or launch the Phone app and tap the Contacts app near the right side of the screen), then tap the three-dot menu button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Tap Share, then pick your messaging application of choice.

Hey @burntburger, you can share your contact's vCard by the following method.
1. In the Contacts application, click on your profile (located at the top)
2. Tap on "Share" on the top right corner
3. Tap on "vCard file (VCF)" and select Messages as a share option
