Volte is activated by the carriers... you really need to contact your carrier and see if it's available.

if you bought the phone in Canada from a carrier that doesn't have Volte then your out of luck that is one of the draw backs about buying a phone from a different country...
I would suggest you Google it and you may find a solution....

You could try to flash a Chinese S8's Firmware and enable VoLTE. Whether it's the G9500 or G9508 firmware you need depends on your carrier. But I am no China Telecom expert, so maybe try XDA.

Reason why is CSC. Canada models don't have China info for obvious reasons, like China models don't have Canada info
