Thermal Guardian 4.1.06 "Additional setting" will be reset after phone restart... :(

Couple of things:

• Good Guardians is not officially supported. 
• It's From Galaxy Labs, so effectively Beta software.

However I don't see this error on my device with the same version of Thermal Guardian. 

So, I'd suggest that you Clear Both Cache & Data for Thermal Guardian and Reboot.
