Didn't notice the email from assurant was already in my spam folder since Feb 20. Anyway, I still have until March 12 to send my old device.
Quick question, on the shipping label they provided it has the wrong color but all other details are correct. Does it need to be corrected? Or I can just send it with this?
Shipping label says color is Skyblue but my phone is Green.
I read online and it was happening at a certain USA trade depot also. Another trade center people had no issues at all. So assurant wasn't the only bad apple in the trade in group
No point in worrying. My Note 10 was already a few generations old but I bought it new only less than 2 years before I traded it. I look after my stuff and it was in mint condition
