Trade-in Shipping Label Error

Hi Guys,

Didn't notice the email from assurant was already in my spam folder since Feb 20. Anyway, I still have until March 12 to send my old device.

Quick question, on the shipping label they provided it has the wrong color but all other details are correct. Does it need to be corrected? Or I can just send it with this?

Shipping label says color is Skyblue but my phone is Green.

I had the same issue, contacted support , and provided them a picture of the original box, which shows the color and IMEI number. They told me not to worry , as long as the IMEI on the phone matches the trade-in description, it's fine.

Update: Samsung responded already. They said it's fine as long as the IMEI is correct and just ignore the wrong color.

That's right as long as the IMEI is the one registered on their trad-in system.

Went to FedEx and they delivered it the same day it also reflected timely on the tracker. Now waiting for the assessment value. Hope they will not disappoint. It was a pretty new S23 ultra so hopefully they will uphold the 1k CAD value. Fingers crossed.

Ya it took them weeks after receiving my trade to tell me I lied and the phone had screen/backglass damage. When I asked to show me the damage I got no response. It was an aweful experience. They call me a liar to rip me off without any proof. If that happened in a bar there would have been a big fisticuff

Really? Then what happened next? Before I shipped it I took a lot of videos and photos and even did a phone diagnostics. Now im worried.

I escalated it and a Samsung rep offered me to split the difference. By this time it was too late for me to return the S23u I bought.
So I accepted bymut then had to fight again to get the actual proper ammount.
