I recently traded-in my Note 10+ for the new S23 Ultra. I sent a perfectly working phone. But I was told the phone they received was not working. They posted a picture but I could not **bleep** anything on it. I called Samsung but they said the trade in was done by external parties and there was nothing they could do about it. I tried to contact the trade-in people, but there was no way to talk to an agent. Other than 1 email, I did not receive anything else from them. I contacted them multiple times explaining that my phone was working when I sent it out.  How do I know if their people did not break my phone and not give me the trade in value. They even took the trade-in amount that I was supposed to receive out of my account without my permission or approval.  And they did not even return my old phone. Please do not use the trade-in services offered by Samsung.
