Hi,
I got an email from Samsung regarding my trade in adjustment and if I like I can accept it. But when I clicked on the link the status is still showing Delivered and Assessment is pending. There is no button or option to accept the adjustment. Had anyone gone through this before? I think in case if I don't take any action it will be defaulted to acceptance but not cancellation. Could someone please clarify me?
Thanks in advance.

Connected with the customer support through live chat and got the clarification that the offer will be accepted within 14 days automatically. I no need to take any action from my side.

It was little different for me. I received an email from Samsung on Friday saying that they received my device, inspected it and my trade-in is complete, no further action required from me.When I checked the status it was showing only delivered not assesment. One hour later I got another email from Samsung saying that they received my device and it will be inspected over next 5 to 10 business days. I checked the status today (Monday) and it is showing assesment but never got any email from Samsung anymore.

Ya it is very confusing. When I connected with the customer service person he told me no need to take any action. Then why the email sent with the Action Required. It always is a wonder for me why Samsung such a big organization fails with such silly issues. Even small start-up companies have perfect websites with automated business processes and statues.

It was my first trade-in and I was also confused, I thought they just made mistake - it can happen. I guess they are just way too busy and not hiring enough people in order to save money. Anyway my trade-in is complete, despite the small confusion it was quite fast process and I'm very happy. I ordered the s25 ultra and received $950cad trade-in value for my s22+ so I won't be complaining 😁👍
