Triangle with exclamation point

I have an important upcoming medical appointment and have been sent links for forms I need to complete. 

When I try, I see the triangle and it says 

"cannot download securely"

Is there anything I can do?

Hi Momma70, the links your trying to access has insecure HTTP connection to implement the download function which leads to 'Cannot download securely' error message.

Please check if the given weblinks have a secure https connection or if the given links are from known source, then you can exclude from the following settings from your browser's administrative templates/Content settings, although which is not recommended to download.
