ufs 4.0 or ufs 3.1

Hello everyone guys, I want to buy s 23, is it worth overpaying 50 dollars for the 256GB version with ufs 4.0 or is it better to take the 128GB version with ufs 3.1?

128 Gig storage is a waste of money.

Get at least 512 Gig version.

The S23 comes with 256GB only in N.America (unfortunately there is no 512GB ver), yet it is UFS 4.0 much faster than USF 3.1

I actually have the 512 Canadian S23 Ultra.

Ultra yes, not the regular S23 in Canada we're capped. Elsewhere there is a 512GB version for the "S23"
