Galaxy SHi everyone,
After updating my Galaxy S22 Ultra to UI 7.0, I’ve been experiencing an odd issue. A black screen with a white lowercase “i” swipes across the screen and disappears. This happens multiple times while using apps like Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, and Edge (including private mode).
I cleared all cache and also uninstalled all Microsoft apps-and the issue stopped. However, as soon as I reinstalled Outlook, the problem returned almost immediately.
Has anyone else experienced this? Or does anyone know how to fix it? I’ve attached a screenshot of the error. It only appears for a split second multiple times while using the app.
Thanks in advance for any help, David

Galaxy SYou could try Clearing BOTH Cache & Data for the Microsoft Apps & Reboot.. Sounds like a software related issue with Microsoft apps.
Booting into Safe Mode, likely wouldn't tell you anything, as 3rd party apps are disabled in Safe Mode.

Galaxy SHi dhthibault,
As adviced by RedDogRabbit did you try booting the device into safe mode, clearing cache and data for the Microsoft apps reboot and check for the issue?

Galaxy SYeah I did read that they Uninstalled MS apps, but I was curious to see if Clearing BOTH Cache & Data for the Apps, after they were Reinstalled would have any effect.
Sometimes when you just uninstall, remnants are left behind, and Reinstalling might incorporate those remnants?
