I had a bunch of old photos on my phone that I zipped up. When I unzip them and try to view them it comes up blank. Photos are in jpeg format.

Any ideas on how I can view the photo, or get them back?

If you still have the zip on your phone, how did you unzip the zip?

"extract" > Go to extracted should work.

If you're using Samsung's My Files, try another file browser, like Solid Explorer or Root Explorer.

I had the folders on my SD card. zipped them in my files on my phone. Then unzipped them. using extract. I tried unzipping them with rar app. same thing.

Your .zip file is probably corrupted

not sure if it is because I can see some pictures. plus I have 4 zip files and all can't be corrupted.

What did you use to zip the files?

Have you tried unzipping with the same software? I would.

Blank as in empty? Or is there a size in Meg? & does the size of the extracted zip make sense to you?

the file size is 0 bytes. it's word when it's zipped its 61MB and unzipped its 58mb. some picture I can see. The ones taken from a regular camera. once that were taken by a phone camera are 0 bytes and when you view they are obviously blank.
