Seems that wouldn't be an issue with you random devices accessing your Samsung emails and passwords not to mention your wallet and pics

What device do you have, and "random devices", can't just randomly get access to your account. You would have had to grant access to them.. you or someone else who had your account information.

They could even be old devices that you no longer have, and just did not think of removing them.

"privacy policy to commissioners of Canad" lol

These screen shots look like a scam because there are spelling mistakes as the word conveniently is spelled wrong. I would not send any information to the commissioners of Canada. I would recommend trying to register your device on Samsung's Canadian website.

Just Remove the unknown devices from your Samsung Account..

Change your passwords, enable 2-Step verification, Factory Reset your device if you want, and move on.

Since your product has been registered, double check just to make sure that the registered information is the same as what is on the device and then delete the message you received. To me this definitely may be a scam.

Hi, as adviced by others the best possible ways are:

Change your password immediately. Your password must always be a strong new password and you should change it regularly. Do not use the same password for other services.

Set up the two-step verification as follows:

  • Mobile devices: Go to device settings and tap “Accounts and backup”. Select “Manage accounts”, tap Samsung account, click “My profile”, select “Security and privacy” and tap “Two-step verification”.
  • Samsung Account website: Visit the Samsung account website and sign in with your Samsung account. Go to "Security" and tap "Enable the Two-step verification".
