Galaxy SHi N20M,
We’re sorry to hear that your device isn’t behaving as expected after the One UI 7 update. Let’s try the following steps to help stabilize the system:
Wipe Cache Partition. This can help clear leftover system data that may conflict with the new update:
-
Power off the device.
-
Press and hold Power + Volume Up until the Samsung logo appears.
-
Use volume keys to navigate to Wipe Cache Partition > Press Power to confirm.
-
Once done, select Reboot system now.
Update All Apps. Outdated apps may not work well with the new system: Open Galaxy Store and Google Play Store. Tap your profile icon > Manage apps & device > Update all
Boot in Safe Mode. This helps identify if a third-party app is causing conflicts:
-
Press and hold Power > Tap and hold “Power off” > Select Safe Mode
-
Use the phone normally and check if the issues persist.
Reset App Preferences. Sometimes One UI features may be disabled due to conflicting settings: Go to Settings > Apps > 3-dot menu > Reset app preferences
Let us know how it goes — we’re here to help!
