🇨🇦 Updates on One UI V5.0 for S22

Apparently the release date for S22 Android 13 (and One UI V5.0) in Canada has been postponed to November 21st, according to the Fido OS update schedule. At least to my knowledge, neither Fido nor Samsung have given any reasoning behind why...🤔

Everytime I've owned a Samsung and a big update came in Canada it was always like a month behind the US. I'm not surprised in the slightest

I am kind of curious is that samsung send the update based on the carrier running on the device? My S22 ultra was bought from the US but still not received the update. I'm running Fido network on my phone.

This WHY is a mystery.
But not this is clear mismanagement and carelessness towards Canadian market.
They were supposed to be releasing OCT Security Patch along One UI 5.0 update for S22 series so they released OCT Patch for other devices. And now S22 series is without Oct Security Patch. And now everyone is keeping fingers cross if they will release Nov Security Patch with the update or what. So WHY AND WHEN, all mysteries as Samsung Canada is mystery with no connectivity with the Canadian Users.
Android users stay or go to other devices, Samsung is zero interested to engage Canadian Market.
Either revenue market is too small or Users they think are too loyal.

One simple explanation of WHY is "THEY (Samsung) DON'T CARE"

Very fair point... Probably best reason so far as to what caused the delay. I suppose a better question to help elaborate might be "why is Samsung ignoring Canada despite it having a major influence on the western market?"
