I recently picked up a used S21 Ultra from Koodo. Problem I had was it would try and update 0ne UI 5.1 and it would continually reboot and try and install it over and over
Hours later the solution I found which worked was to go settings. Apps. And select One UI Home and click Clear Data then Clear Cache. And then restart phone and try the update again. That actually worked for me !
