Hi ,
I wonder why i don't have Video Call option on my phone app ?

it looks like he is with bell and they don't offer it. just try 3rd party app if I am right.

You rooted your device (KNOX tripped). That might be the problem.

Your CSC is set to Canada Unlocked (XAC).
You need to be on Bell (BMC). What FW version are you running? Just out of curiosity.

If you want to fix your issue (that's the only way to do it sorry).

1: Backup EVERYTHING.
2:Make sure you backed up everything
3: Are you sure you backed up everything?
4: Dial this in the phone app
*#243203855#
5: Select BMC on the next screen.
6: Select Install.
7: Device will format.
8: Restore backup
9: Problemo solved 😀
