If you're experiencing network connectivity issues on your Galaxy device, your first option is to power cycle the phone. This can be done by turning off the device and turning it back on.
When connecting it, make sure the device is within the network range to get a better experience.
Then, reset all the network settings to their defaults, Go to Settings >> General management >>Reset>> Reset network settings>> Reset settings.
This will reset all network settings, including those for Wi-Fi, Mobile Data, Bluetooth.
After that, remove and reinsert the SIM card and restart the mobile, check if it works.
