Voicemail password

How do I reset password. I forget my original password. No it's not my last 4 digits

You have to login to your VM to reset VM password.

For Rogers and many carriers, usually do the following:

Open Phone app → Press and hold #1 key and it will start dial to your voice mail. Follow instruction to find where to reset your voicemail password.

If not, you have to contact your carrier to help you reset your voicemail password.

Ya I tried. It does not give me any instructions when I'm in voicemail. As I can't access it without knowing my pass code
