Dear Samsung Members,

I want to express my thoughts and concerns regarding the user interface (UI) of Samsung devices, particularly in light of the recent WWDC24 Event that showcased impressive features and customization options on the iPhone.

As a loyal Samsung user for many years, I have noticed a gradual decline in the overall aesthetic and user-friendliness of the UI. While Samsung devices have undoubtedly made significant technological advancements, I believe there is room for substantial improvement in terms of visual appeal and seamless functionality.

I kindly request all Samsung Members to actively participate in this discussion by sharing their feedback, suggestions, and expectations for the upcoming Android 15 UI. Your valuable insights will serve as a crucial resource for Samsung's software development team to create a more intuitive and visually pleasing user experience.

We, as Samsung users, deserve the best possible experience from our devices. By collectively voicing our wants and needs, we can inspire Samsung to innovate and deliver a truly exceptional Android 15 UI.

I am confident that, with our collective efforts, we can contribute to the development of a more user-centric and aesthetically pleasing Samsung UI.

I look forward to seeing the positive changes that will result from our collaborative feedback.

I highly highly doubt Samsung engineers, marketers, and program managers are looking at what people post here regardless of what the moderators tell you when they say they'll forward your feedback (with zero no proof of them doing so).

Probably right unfortunately, customer satisfaction is integral to the company, yet they don't seem to care about customer retention. Ultimately, it will reflect on their sales when people decide to switch to other Android flagships or iPhone.

I'm happy woth thr esthetics in the UI.
It's improved significantly over the years and has not overly nor blatant tried to be something it isn't like we're seeing too often fron a fruit company.

Long ago they tried and I'm glad they departed that senseless endeavor

The UI is 10x better over the last 6 years. I think it's great. Keep going Samsung! Most of your features are eventually added into stock Android OS.

I think you have that backwards. Android comes out with the features, then Samsung copies it, poorly.

Pixel ui cooler so they all get update at same time bro, but markets and gaming sales probably down so it looks like updates are based on economy now anyways, so only choice is buy one apple and buy one samsung with upgrade every year

OneUI is a hideous launcher.

I had an S9 before I switched brands, and hated that UI also. I guess I must have forgotten how bad it was because I bought the S24 Ultra yesterday. But after the reminder I swiftly returned it.

You'd think for a phone with so many customization options it would be easy to get it working the way you'd like it to. But the customizations are superficial at best, barely work, look terrible, and don't address any of the utility or functionality shortcomings of the device.

I want to make my home screen icons circles. Why can't I do that? Why do I need a third party launcher?

How hard is it to put a "mobile hotspot" button in the top menu? Or make those icons movable/adjustable? I feel like that was an option on earlier devices that no longer works on these newer, much more expensive ones.

To think this is an $1800 phone. I don't regret returning it.
