Weather insights widget

A couple of quick questions... does the widget use 'follow me'? Ie... wherever I am I won't have to update my location? Secondly, Ive read where the widget is resizable but mine is definitely not ... is it me or is this thing NOT resizable? Thanks and happy Holidays everyone.

Definitely talking about a different app ... mine is the native one in the widgets (that comes with the phone)

The screen shot of the weather app's version number, IS the Samsung default weather app version 1.6.70.44.
