Wifi signal with a message icon

Could you tell me what a "wifi signal with message icon" means? It popped up on my s20 ultra 5g status bar on top left side. I have never seen this symbol before so I am curious.

I think that's the prompt to set up wifi calling.

Normally wifi calling icon is the wifi signal with a phone. When you swipe down from your screen, are you seeing anything regarding wifi?
What device are you using?

I did briefly see wifi calling option when i swiped down, but like you said, wifi calling icon is wifi signal with a phone.

Does the "tips and user manual" in settings provide a description for your phone?

No it doesnt.

You would think the basic icons would be reflected in the manual. I had a similar issue in Android 9.
