I'm not gonna lie. With the amount of delays with One UI 7, I wouldn’t be surprised if the update doesn't come till March (my best guess being mid March). I was expecting mid/late February, but with Beta 4 coming, I can almost guarantee they're gonna delay it.

Samsung never specific stated a release date did they? No.
Influences, news sites, and rumors did.

As you stated Beta 4 released. Again any thought of even beta 4 ring delayed is strictly from non official sources whom like a virus infect ppls understanding and patience. This is why so much angst, not to mention bombardment of DB filling repeated posts every year - no doubt costing Samsung a lot (storage space ,DB, etc) when no official date has been hinted at.

Yes we can go by previous years as a hint yet previous years nothing like this was done before.

Atthe end of every day we can enjoy our devices as is and hang tight. Can't lose out on something if it's not even available right?

Samsung stated they have been working on one ui 7 for the last 2-3 years, instead of giving us android 15 they should skip that and give us android 16 considering that's already in beta 2 if I'm not mistaken

Seriously, I've been waiting since December, and it's mid-February now; the update still hasn't been released. The update is all over YouTube, but not on our mobile devices.

Seriously you should've never expected this in December nor January nor February. Samsung never promised any timeline - the rumor mill did. That's the 1st mistake so you have only yourself to be upset at.

Secondly, as past has shown for OneUI release time frames usually starts mid march for precious year S models, and onward towards May for 2yr older models answered so forth.

This was the same March 2024 for my S23 when yhe S24 launched to get Galaxy AI features. S22 i think got some features around may/June 2024.

I feel like samsung doesn't want to mess it up, so they are trying to fix as many bugs as possible and also to simply draw more attention on s25. I feel like all devices will get until March, but why can't they just release it for all at once? The a36 is supposedly going to ship with ui 7 and the galaxy f06 came out that's like 150$ and comes with ui7

Samsung can make users feel like their devices are being neglected and that Samsung is prioritizing new phone sales over supporting existing customers. Competitive disadvantage: In a fast-moving market, being slow with updates can put Samsung at a disadvantage compared to manufacturers who offer quicker updates.
