I think that it's quite likely, as the S23 FE has received the One UI V8.0 update in India.

And the US software came out last week as well. Canada usually follows that relatively close

Samsung Canada, does NOT release OS Updates in phases! One UI updates are released directly from Samsung's Servers in Canada, and all at the same time!

I had an interesting experience with Samsung Support. 

I'd Factory Reset my device and I couldn't get the Enhanced Data Recovery Codes, so I called Customer Service to Reset my Samsung Cloud, and was referred to a Text support service.

It was quite helpful, and they will reset my Samsung Cloud account.. 

At the end of the chat, I was asked what I thought of the "AA" aka A.I. support.. I was really surprised, as I could have sworn I was chatting with a human! 

Really quite advanced.. so yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if the Moderator is A.I.
