Why does Dolby atmos and UHQ are not accessible on my new s24 ?

I'm using Galaxy Buds Pro 2 with "Galaxy Buds2 pro manager" app application (Wear). It seems to be the most suitable setup for samsung phone. So why Dolby and UHQ are still not accessibles?

Possibly not available because you are using the Buds2 manager.

I have Jabra Elite Active Earbuds & I use Wavelet for my audio eq. (better than Adapt Sound, which is Samsung's eq). 

Uninstall or disable Buds2 manager, and see if Samsung's other stuff will work for you?

Thanks for the suggestion, but I already tried it (uninstalled Bud2 pro manager) and Dolby and UHQ were still unavailables.
