Galaxy SIt looks like it's either the font / zoom settings on your device.
You could also use Samsung's GoodLock QuickStar to expand the layout of your QS Tiles, which is what I do.
Note the difference in the number of QS Tiles displayed horizontally on my S25 Ultra.
Download & Install Samsung's GoodLock QuickStar & apply the same settings as you see in the first screen shot. See if that resolves the issue for you.

Galaxy SHi ˢᵒⁿᶦᵈᵉ,
Sorry to hear you're encountering issues with the font size unexpectedly changing and the Quick Settings panel appearing squashed. We recommend you to please follow the advice by RedDogRabbit to download Samsung's GoodLock QuickStar. That module can seriously help control how the Quick Settings (QS) panel behaves.
Please check Font and Screen Zoom Settings: Go to Settings > Display > Font size and style and Screen zoom. Ensure that neither setting is set too high or too low, as this may impact UI rendering.
Also, please make sure you don’t have any Battery Saver or Power Saving Mode auto-triggering that sometimes limits system animations and UI elements.
Thank you RedDogRabbit.
