I got a Galaxy S23 Plus. I have issues with WiFi 6E. The communication using WiFi 6E is not working well. 

Does it work well for some people? 

Have you found a solution for this problem?

For curiosity, are you using Asus 6e router?

I use a TP-Link AXE5400 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E Router, AXE75 router.

I've been suggested by Samsung to reset the network parameters but it didn't work. It had the same effect as restarting the phone. It worked for several minutes and then, the internet stopped working.

So far, we are 3 people in this thread who are using 3 different routers. I don’t think routers are the problem. 

I searched the web about this issue. It seems that many people are having this issue. The Samsung support doesn't seem to have a solution for this. I'm gonna try again.

I had a long chat with a guy from Samsung Canada. He found that this issue is known by Samsung and a solution will come out with the next software release.

I downloaded the software update on April 12, 2023. It doesn't correct the WiFi 6e issue, although the fingerprint reader works better. Fair enough.

I also have the same issue with my S23. Did you get any response from the Samsung customer support after the April update?

No, nothing new. I got 2 software updates since I talk to Samsung support. These updates didn't correct the issue.
