I am big fan of hyperlapse mode on Samsung but very disappointed that I can't use my S10+ wide angle camera to shoot hyperlapse videos.

It will be great it Samsung add that support, can't wait too record awesome wide angle hyperlapse videos ....

I agree, this would be a cool idea and then you could get some really great shots on the wide angle!

I've had the same question than krushnam. Hyperlapse on Samsung S10+ would be a total success with wide-angle camera capability.
I don't believe achieving it to be a matter of technical difficulty. It should be just a Samsung concious decision. Being something as easy as it seems, I don't understand why Samsung is waiting for other competitor to surpass it in this aspect.

Yes.  Eagerly waiting for that feature.

I have a work-around for this (this will take some time).

  1. Start recording in the wide-angle mode.
  2. If the video is too long, they are automatically split. So, stitch them back.
  3. Set the playback speed of the stitched video to 2x times.
  4. Repeat Step 3 until you get the desired timelapse video.

This process will surely take a lot of time, but it is worth it!
