Galaxy SI agree, this would be a cool idea and then you could get some really great shots on the wide angle!

Galaxy SI've had the same question than krushnam. Hyperlapse on Samsung S10+ would be a total success with wide-angle camera capability.
I don't believe achieving it to be a matter of technical difficulty. It should be just a Samsung concious decision. Being something as easy as it seems, I don't understand why Samsung is waiting for other competitor to surpass it in this aspect.

Galaxy SI have a work-around for this (this will take some time).
- Start recording in the wide-angle mode.
- If the video is too long, they are automatically split. So, stitch them back.
- Set the playback speed of the stitched video to 2x times.
- Repeat Step 3 until you get the desired timelapse video.
This process will surely take a lot of time, but it is worth it!
