Galaxy SHello. I purchased recently the Samsung S20 FE 5G. My hearing aids widex evoke pair and you can see them but will not connect. It says "App needed to use this device". Did samsung solve this connection issue and what is the solution? Thanks.

Galaxy SI already have the evoke app and i can control the hearing aids but the problem is samsung S20 FE cannot be connected to the evoke aids during telephone calls although the hearing aids are paired with mobile via bluetooth.

Galaxy SHi, Sorry to hear that you have been having issues with pairing your hearing aid to your new phone.
We suggest you to check with the Widex hearing aid is compatible with your Samsung S20 FE.
If it is compatible, please submit an error report using Samsung Members application by following below steps.
Tap and hold on samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.
