Feb 13 order still no phone!

I ordered my Samsung S22 Ultra in red Februray 13th, 2022 with two cell phone cases. Not one of the items ordered has been delivered to date (March 29th).  This is not acceptable what is Samsung doing? Why is the delay so long?

Exact same order as mine, I canceled last week Friday. Done with it. They told me there is delays, no guarantee. I went to best buy and got a white. Forget Samsung.

It's been in the "preparing for dispatch" for a week now. I would cancel but got a decent deal through Venngo. This is the first & last time that i pre-order through Samsung. Aĺl that money they have received from thousands of customers upfront with no product available.

Let's do some basic math here. If you take the 6000 phones that are apparently in some shipment container and multiply that by the lowsy 50$ samsung has offered equates to $300k. Now take the same 6000 and multiply that by the approximate 2K we invested for our devices equates to 12 million. The shortfall and profit samsung has made for this one to one and a half month period equates to $11.7 million for something that STILL hasnt even been recieved. This is using a basic factual calculation and clearly does not factor in other variables or factors that ppl have expressed on these forums . To also note, the measley voucher can't be used till April 1st and is strictly restricted to certain products. Unbleeping real. Not to mention the lack of and subservise response time and scripted responses from customer service
