Since a couple of weeks now, my S20 FE 5G takes a very long time to load anything over WiFi. It acts the same over different WiFi network. I have the latest Firmware update on my device (One UI version 4.0). My goto workaround is to wait for a bit and if it doesn't load, i turn the WiFi off... loads instantly but over cellular network and uses data... kinda defeats the purpose of having WiFi.
I had the same WiFi disconnect issue, the phone would then switch to mobile data. I often came near exceeding my data limit. I tried all the so called fixes to no avail, then I switched the setting from 2.4 to 5.0 ghz. Since changing that one setting I haven't experienced any further WiFi dropouts...so far...so good!
In my case , wifi was slow to load the app ( for most of the apps , not in mobile browser). Based on some suggestion i found somewhere, disabled "google wifi provisioner app". Restarted phone and things seem normal now.
