Does anyone know why wifi in s20 ultra goes off, automatically? And how to fix it?

Is this happening with particular Wi-Fi network? Please check with other Wi-Fi networks.

Do you have Battery saver turned on? It might be disconnecting to conserve battery. Check this in Settings > Device maintenance > Battery.

Check Settings - Connections - WiFi - Long Press on WiFi - Three Dot Menu Top Right - Advanced - Make sure that you DON'T have WiFi set to Power Saving Mode - ie: Toggle it OFF

IF you don't have WiFi Toggled ON - Then none of the Options would be available...
See my screen shot with WiFi Toggled Off & Then the options shown in my previous screen shot are not available - Just like your screen shot.

this indeed is a bad sign.

you reset network settings and it made no difference. You could try a factory reset, but I doubt it'll make a difference.

if you google search "samsung s20 ultra wifi" you'll realize it's a widespread problem.

I'm afraid you'll have to take it to the repair shop.
