My wireless charging option is missing on my S6 Edge SM-G925I, and it no longer charging wirelessly. I tested the wireless pad on a S9 just now and it works fine

@ EnvyTheRealest I ran into the same problem with the S7 that I used to have.

I came to the conclusion that it was a problem with the connecting coil in the S7 since the charger has worked perfectly since I got my S10. My S7 still charged perfectly with the cable connected.

Was the coil replace for it to work?

you need to put it on a wireless charger for the option to show up i think. maybe you have a bad coil as suggested.

Hi EnvyTheRealest,
Please put your phone on a wireless charger and check if the option is working fine as mentioned by TBone.
Are you using the wireless charger for the first time with your phone S6 Edge? or Is your device S6 Edge working fine previously with other wireless charger?

Hi EnvyTheRealest,
Thanks for your time and response. Please verify your phone in safe mode and check if it works.
Follow the below steps to open your phone in Safe Mode.
Turn the device off >>Then Press and hold the Power key >> When 'Samsung' appears on the screen, release the Power key >> Immediately after releasing the Power key, press and hold the Volume down key. Continue to hold the Volume down key until the device finishes restarting >> 'Safe mode' displays in the bottom left corner of the screen >> Release the Volume down key when you see 'Safe Mode.'
Safe mode will disable the third-party apps and load only system apps.
If the issue is solved in Safe mode then this could be due to third-party apps. Try to uninstall the third-party apps one by one and check.

it sounds like it might of came unhooked. not saying you dropped it or anything but a hard bump or something along those lines can make those silly press pins pop off.
